Procurement
Procurement software for source-to-settlement teams
Auvora is procurement software inside an enterprise Vendor Management System: demand, competitive events, award, delivery, and payment on one trail.
What procurement software should do
Buyers search for procurement software when email and spreadsheets cannot prove who was invited, who quoted, who won, and why finance later paid an invoice. Auvora holds that trail from requisition through settlement.
What Auvora covers
- Requisitions and approval routing
- RFx events with supplier-link responses - how RFx works
- L1 / L2 / L3 ranking and award
- Work orders and SOW after award
- Invoices and three-way match
Who it is for
Category managers and sourcing leads: procurement role page. Controllers who need match and export: finance. Teams that run contractors: workforce.
Procurement automation without an AI-agent story
Auvora automates routing, ranking, link-based supplier response, and match checks. It is not an AI-agent procurement product. We will not claim a copilot catalog we have not shipped.
