Supplier management software
Supplier management is the practice of onboarding vendors, keeping them compliant, inviting them to events, and paying them against a record finance can audit. Auvora is the VMS that holds that record.
What supplier management includes
A supplier master. Documents (tax, insurance, KYC) with expiry. A way to invite them to quote. A way to award work. A way to receive invoices against that work. Auvora keeps those objects on one platform.
Supplier onboarding
Onboarding is not a separate product. It is the first records in the VMS: legal name, contacts, compliance files, and whether they are cleared to receive events. Expiry alerts exist so a lapsed certificate does not hide until audit week.
Quotes without a portal trap
Traditional VMS programs often fail at adoption because every vendor must create an account. Auvora sends a secure link. That is a product choice, not a slogan.
Compliance
Document types and retention are configured with you. Role-based access and an audit trail are described on the security page. We do not invent ISO or SOC badges.

Frequently asked questions
What is supplier management software?
Software that stores supplier identity and compliance, runs sourcing events, and keeps the trail through work orders and invoices.
How does supplier onboarding work in Auvora?
Buyers invite a supplier, collect KYC and compliance files, and set expiry alerts. The supplier can later quote or invoice from a secure link without creating a portal account.
Does Auvora include supplier risk scoring?
Auvora stores compliance documents and expiry alerts. We do not publish a proprietary risk-score product on this site. Risk workflows are scoped on the demo if you need them.
Can suppliers work without a login?
Yes. Secure email links cover RFx response, PO acknowledgement, timesheets, and invoice upload for that event.
