By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. Product-account data for signed-in users is also governed by the agreement we sign with your company.

• Demo bookings: name, work email, company, phone, team size, chosen slot, and any note you submit on this website. That request is delivered to contact@aarohii.com.
• Account registration: name, email, organization details, role, and login credentials when you use the Auvora application.
• Procurement data: requisitions, RFx events, supplier records, work orders, timesheets, expenses, invoices, and related documents uploaded to the platform on behalf of your organization.
• Support communications: information you share when contacting us for help, training, or onboarding.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system as recorded by the host.
• Application usage logs, session data, and audit trail events within the VMS platform.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information from your employer or organization administrator who provisions your account, from ERP integrations you authorise, or from service providers that assist in delivering our Services.

We do not sell this information. We do not use website demo bookings for advertising networks.

Demo emails are kept as long as we need them to run the sales conversation, then deleted or archived under our internal mail policy. Procurement records may be retained according to your organization's configured retention policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
