Auvora SAP integration
Auvora connects to SAP over a REST API so VMS records can land next to ERP masters. This page describes the integration pattern. SAP is not a customer of Auvora and this is not an endorsement.
How integration works
Auvora remains the VMS: events, ranking, work orders, timesheets, match. SAP remains the ERP. The API moves agreed objects so finance is not re-keying invoices.
Typical questions on the demo: vendor master alignment, PO number reuse, and whether invoices post as parked or parked-and-posted. We map your answers; we do not publish a fake field list.
Security
Access is role-based. Transport is encrypted. The trail stays in Auvora. See security.
Implementation
VMS first, ERP mapping second. Shape: go live and the hub page ERP cutover.

Frequently asked questions
Does Auvora integrate with SAP?
Yes. Auvora provides a REST API and a connector pattern for SAP. Cutover scope is agreed on the demo.
What objects typically sync?
Supplier identifiers, purchase/work-order references, and invoice/match outcomes are the usual set. Exact mappings depend on your landscape.
Does VMS go-live wait on ERP?
No. VMS workflows can go live in days to weeks. ERP work is called out separately so it is not hidden inside a module.
Is this a certified marketplace app?
Treat certification status as demo-confirmed. We do not print marketplace badges we have not earned.
